Urgent Health Care Needs during Business Hours
If you have an urgent health care need during normal business hours, 8:00 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, please call your doctor’s office.

3 Ways to Meet Your Urgent Health Care Needs After Hours

1. Call your doctor’s office
If you have an urgent medical need that's not life-threatening and your doctor’s office is closed, you can call your doctor’s office phone number and the on call doctor will call you back.

2. Call the Nurse Advice Line
If you call the 24 hours Nurse Advise Line: 800-581-995, our nurses can advise you on whether to go to an Urgent Care or wait until your doctor’s office opens.

3. Find an Urgent Care Center
If you are sick (but do not have a life threatening emergency) and need to be seen by a doctor, you can visit our in network Urgent Care Centers.  You can locate an Urgent Care Center in your area with the easy-to-use Search feature found below. Start your search by selecting the city location to locate an in network Urgent Care Center.

Symptoms that are usually best handled in an Urgent Care include:

  • Sore Throat
  • Fever
  • Minor injuries, burns, or cuts
  • Skin infections and rashes
  • Minor broken bones
  • Backaches
  • Frequent urination or burning sensation when urinating
  • Persistent vomiting
  • Belly pain or cramping
  • Allergic reactions
  • Insect or animal bites
  • Sinus problems or other upper respiratory infections
